Kimberly Lacayo is a leader with decades of experience in Business, Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility; 20 years of which was as a director in the oil and gas industry for APC, once a $100B+ USD international Fortune 150 corporation where she directed award winning strategic communications and programs aimed at reputation management, stakeholder engagement and social investment until their acquisition.
At this point, she applied her international experience in management and project implementation in assisting organizations enter emerging market opportunities including large-scale agricultural development, roadway projects, residential housing developments and retail.
Over the years, Lacayo has extended her leadership to multiple professional organizations including IPIECA, PRSA and IABC. Her work has included volunteering on the boards of non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, The United Way Women’s Leadership Council and numerous arts and children’s organizations.

Lacayo holds a BA in Media Arts, Speech and Journalism from Duquesne University (USA), A Masters in Corporate Social Responsibility and Accounting from the Universitat de Barcelona (Spain) and a Diploma in Human Rights and Sustainable Development from the University for Peace (Costa Rica)
